Despite his ascent within the institute, Arypus harbored a persistent yearning for retirement, eventually ceding leadership to his former protégé, only to reclaim the mantle of authority during the Dragonscale Expedition.Despite his advanced age, Arypus's foray into the arcane arts commenced a mere five centuries ago. Having honed his understanding of arcane intricacies through the meticulous craft of spellbreaking, he effortlessly delved into the realms of abjuration, transmutation, and conjuration.
